Use the appointment flow or a project match form. We capture goals, timeline, and budget in a few minutes.
- 02
We qualify the brief
AlbaniaHouse reviews fit against our partner network — location, product type, and how hands-on you want the process.
- 03
Meet the right partner
We introduce you and stay available while you decide. Transactions and advice sit with the local partner.
Not another agency. A matching platform.
AlbaniaHouse connects people who want to buy real estate with the right local partners in Albania. We are not a sales office competing for your reservation — we are the introduction layer between your brief and the agencies, developers, and specialists who can execute on the ground.
Share your goals in a short appointment, or request a brochure from a project page. We qualify the brief, then connect you with a partner who fits the location, budget, and buying style — so you skip the wrong conversations.

Frequently asked questions
Can foreigners buy property in Albania?+
Yes. EU and most non-EU buyers can purchase apartments and many urban plots. Agricultural land has extra restrictions — always verify title and zoning with a local notary and lawyer.
What is the typical purchase process?+
Reserve the unit, complete due diligence (title, permits, developer track record), sign the notarial deed, and register ownership. Budget for notary, taxes, and translation where needed.
Does buying property grant residency?+
Property ownership alone does not automatically grant residency. Albania offers routes based on investment, work, family, and other criteria. Treat residency as a separate legal track from the purchase.
